Limited Warranty

avobangk warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period stated on the product page or order documentation.

Covered

· Manufacturing defects present under normal use.

· Material separation or structural failure not caused by impact, misuse or unauthorized modification.

· Functional failure of eligible charging products, subject to inspection and applicable local law.

Not covered

· Normal wear, scratches, discoloration or cosmetic aging.

· Damage caused by drops, crushing, misuse, accidents, liquids or improper storage.

· Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification or third-party accessories.

· Loss, theft, incorrect device compatibility or purchases from unauthorized sellers.

CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty request, email service@bangkcase.com with your order number, product name, purchase date, description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request additional information or return of the product for inspection.

IMPORTANT

This limited warranty does not exclude rights available under applicable consumer law. Remedies may include repair, replacement or another solution determined after review.
