We offer a 14‑day return policy.
You have 14 days upon receipt of goods to submit a return request. Returned items must be in original unused condition with all tags intact and original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label together with shipping instructions and receiving address. For returns not caused by product quality issues, round‑trip shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will be covered by us for returns resulting from genuine product quality defects. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.
